Wedding planning can be a doozie having to keep track of all the things needed to make your day how you want, regardless if you invite 300 of 20 people. One of my number one goals is to make the photography side of items as easy as possible. You have enough items to do and think of, the last thing you should have to worry about is your wedding photographer. From the time you inquire with me to getting your wedding album, here is the step-by-step process when you hire me as your wedding photographer.
- Discover Call – After you fill out my contact form I schedule a zoom call for the three of us to get to “meet” and talk all the things. Great way for me to learn about the two of you, hear about what you have planned for your wedding day, and for you guys to ask me ANY/ALL wedding related questions. This is a great time for us to know if we will be a good fit together.
- Proposal – The morning after we chat I send over your proposal with all the details and numbers that were talked about the prior for you guys to talk over.
- Deposit & Booking – You looked at all the numbers and want me to photograph your day? GREAT! Next thing is to get your deposit paid and contract sign to officially lock in your wedding date with me
- Engagement Photos – Next we look at our calendars and plan a date for engagement photos. I LOVE engagement photos with couples for us to actually meet in person, we get to know each other a little bit and you guys get a better idea what it’s like in front of the camera.
- Planning – Over the next 6 – 12 months we will be in communication up until wedding day. Getting timelines finalized, venue/location planning, helping you guys out with anything that you would need.
- 1 Month Till Wedding – A month before wedding day I like for the 3 of us to have one final call before the big day to walk through everything together and chat one final time.
- Wedding Day – We laugh, we cry, we photograph all the joys of your wedding day
- Sneak Peak – I send all couples a few sneak peek photos the Monday after wedding day for you to have. It’s one of the best feelings as a bride and photographer to get some wedding photos right after.
- Photo Deliver Day – Being full time this year my goal is to send all wedding galleries to couples 5 weeks after wedding day. Because I know and understand the anticipation of wanting all the photos to look through!
- Wedding Album. – Last and final thing together is to design your wedding album. You approve the design/all images used before it’s sent to print!
